The process is reasonable and you get your hair done in a private booth. With your own tv to watch.They are fast and clean. 3girls and a needle are the only ladies allowed in my hair for the rest of my life. They are that good!!!!!!! I can honestly say there has not been ANY SHEDDING! It is still soft, I have washed it a few times and it has kept its natural shine, it is not matted or dry!!!! I will definitely purchase this hair again!!!!
